1. Product Description
Liquid Malt Extract is the vacuum evaporated extract from Malt and Barley.

2. Organoleptic Requirements
Appearance: A yellow to dark brown viscous liquid with some turgidity but free from extraneous matter.
Odour: Pleasant and characteristically malty.
Taste: Sweet, silghtly bitter with typical malt flavour and no off flavours.
